Dang, I graduated, now what?
Ran my first race two Saturdays ago. So what have I been doing since? Not a thing :/ today I finally ran again but the fire wasn't there. Did anyone else underestimate day one of week six? I attacked it like a maniac, after feeling so great about W5D3, and found myself about to collapse after the second jog. I pushed through and made it to the end but I learned a very important lesson in pacing today!

Oops! I forgot to log my breakfast.
So all day yesterday I had "extra" calories to work with. I just thought it was a surplus due to my run yesterday morning. Nope, not at all, forgetful me forgot to log my breakfast haha. Oh well, it's a new day, I'll just have to eat a little lighter today.

No scale this week
