what is your favorite exercise move/ type of exercise (a move would be bicep curls, a type would be weightlifting) and why? i like plyometrics, mostly box jumps, because i like the idea of jumping higher than the top of my head, and plyometrics never fail to murder my muscles. your turn!

Looking for a HRM

So Tuesdays are my deadlift days. Last week i deadlifted (and stiff leg deadlifted) 120lbs 12 times (4 sets of 3 reps) each. Yesterday i did the same, but ended up doing 16 reps each!
