okay, i watch the travel channel's man v food a lot, and write down the name/location of all the spicy challenges because i WILL do them someday. But on this episode with "stupid wings" im grossed out. this guy makes the sauce, coats the wings, and pours the remaining sauce into a container. Every bit of sauce from day 1 of these wings is still being used. Id like to mention to those of you who are unaware: ALL HOT SAUCE GETS RANCID SITTING AT ROOM TEMPERATURE LONG ENOUGH. let me say, this will be one spicy challenge i will not be attempting. Eew.

    I'm sure they've thrown the old sauce away at least a few times. Probably like at the end of the day?

    I absolutely adore this show. It makes me want to pig out everytime though. So this is a show i just can not watch ever again!

    I think they just pour it in the new batch. Its a technique used in a lot of different ways, especially by bakers!
