i want to know; what are things that you can do that you want to brag about? Let me hear them! for me:i can do 50 pullups or 20 with a 40lb weight vest. I deadlift 130lbs (22lbs more than i weigh). I can do 500 bodyweight squats without stopping and 200 pushups. I do at least 600 ab moves daily. And ive been told im a great cook ;) your turn!

    I can bake an awesome cake, make awesome meals and run half marathons!

    Now ask me again in April. I'll give you the same answer but I'll omit the word "half" ;)

    i've lost 46.6 pounds, and i can do 155 on the back extension :D

    I did my first triathlon at the age of 36 last October. I am about to do my 4th triathlon this Sunday. I have done many 5ks, several 10Ks, 1 Half Marathon, 1 Duathlon, and have lost 57 lbs. My max on the bench is 160lbs, and I have leg pressed over 500lbs. I love to cook and my low fat Banana bread is a thing of beauty.

    I finish a 6-7 mile hike every Saturday with ease. I can do the crane pose in yoga and can *almost* do a headstand. I am a great speller and can carry a tune pretty well. I know all the words to every Billy Joel song recorded, including We Didn't Start the Fire. :) And I cook a mean turkey (which is NOT in any way healthy) and make awesome homemade pizza (which is pretty healthy compared to take out).
