moms and work ?
I feel overwhelmed with working and juggling being a mom ... I get off late and from working all day and taking Carr of kids before work all I wanna do is drink when I get off ... I use to be so good about not drinking ever and now all I wanna do is drink and when I drink I eat ... Idk how to change this any suggestions ?

silly question about sugar ;/
Idk if this will make sense but im confused ... If i eat like 30 grams of sugar natural sugar like banana apple and cantelope for breakfast then i go workout and burn like 500 calories does the sugar burn off as well ??? Same with sodium do i sweat it out what ive ate ??? Im so lost when it comes to sodium and sugar lol

Any moms with kids who know the day to day stuggle of being a mom and still trying to stay motivated ... Its a hard stuggle everyday and id like to help motivate and have motivation ;) ))) any thoughts ???

Anyone else losing but not in the boob area ? I've lost but its hard to tell in my chest area because of my breast!!! Any suggestions on what workouts to do to slim them down ???? Thanks

I see so many people on here losing so much weight and looking AMAZING.... I know they worked so hard to get there and hats awesome .. I work out .6 days a week I eat healthy I do slip once In awhile but for the most part I think I do pretty well .. , but I'm feeling stuck I have lost 30 pounds but the number on the scale…

I have lost 30 pounds and I have 70 to go till I hit my goal .. I was just curious as to when I start serious weight training? My hubby said I should do it 3 times a week buti am confused as to what I should be doing ...??? Like what routine and how much bla bla bla LOL Thanks

A lot of people don't know how to eat their daily calories correctly ... It has taken me 10plus years to actually want to lose the weight and get healthy . After my first child wich is 8 now, I didn't know how to eat properly always jack n the box bk McDonald's taco bell ... Junk.... I knew it was all bad but didn't care…
