If you figure it out, let me know. I lost 80 lbs in college and went down HALF a cup size. I was not thrilled. I basically went from overfilling a DD to it being a little big, but the Ds were still too small. Not helpful.

Hell, If ya'll find something that works, let me know! I've lost weight 3 times and never put a dent in them. I'm actually more comfortable heavier because my boobs don't look as big if I'm big too!

It is a blessing but also a curse ... I only ask because I have the worst back pain .. I lift weights bench press and nothing helps ;/ I guess the only conclusion is us busty ladies are just suppose to be busty ?

People will lose in the chest depending upon what is in the chest area. If it's fat, it will eventually start to shrink. If it's tissue, nothing short of surgery, will shrink it. That is what makes everyone so different. I have lost a cup size, at least. I can tell by squishing mine that I have lots of fat and not much tissue. :( Good luck to those who are wishing for shrinking or growing!!! ;)
  • I'd say so, imbrace what your gven, some people pay for that look (I would if we could afford it)

I've lost 25lbs so far and I have gone UP TWO CUP SIZES because my band size got smaller while my boobs didn't.

They went from somewhat difficult to buy bras in stores to must buy exclusively online now. not pleased.
  • I wish mine had stayed put! I went from an E cup to a C :frown:

It is not lucky for those of us that need to lose boob. I was a large D cup at 145lbs which is my goal weight. I have to buy shirts a size or two larger to fit them and then everything was baggy in my stomach. Plus, I have terrible back problems. Some women get implants at their goal weight...but I plan on getting a reduction. The smallest my boobs have ever been was a C cup at 103 lbs when I was anorexic in high school.

Oops meant arnt shaped LOL !!!!!! I think that people with straight hair want curly hair and vise versa .. big blobs want smaller noonday and vise versa ... It's the way it is ... but UNFORTUNATELY for me I have horrible back pain and not enough money for a reduction ... So I have to find other ways to lose in my breast area ;)

I've lost some in the boobage department but not a CRAPLOAD. I am proportionate now though. Much happier!

Are you at least proportionate???? If not just start some strenght training! That should help :D

I would LOVE to be an A cup but am happy being smaller then I was ha ha (I'm a super average size coming from not being able to shop in regular stores very well lol)

I swear the right one is taking all the fat from the left one. Other than that they are what they are.

I've seen the opposite complaint on boards here as well. Women complaining about losing too much from their breasts.

Can I complain about the horrible back & neck pain they give me then ? Not to mention the grooves in my shoulders & knots in my back. I have to double bag these puppies just to work out and they STILL bounce lol.

I honestly think that breast's are just genetic , when I was down to 170 lbs when I joined weight watchers in high school My bra size was 36 H. My goal weight being a 150 lbs I doubt they would have gotten much smaller. I plan on getting a reduction after I hit my goal.

Just keep eating healthy and exercising, sweetie! I'm sure you'll notice a bigger difference once you get closer to your goal!

I went from an overflowing DD/DDD to a D/small DD and, although finding bikini/lingerie is much easier...

...I miss my BIG HOOTERS

having large breast isn't always what it seems ... I wish I could trade them with my behind but I can't ... I just wanna be able to wear tank tops and cute shirts without my husband telling me to cover up !!!! I think a 38 c would be perfect for me tho .. I also do strength training and yes they are the same size LOL both of em

The only advice I can give is to find a good sports bra. I'm having the same issue in that mine are not shrinking fast enough. I've lost ~40lbs and have gone from a 46DDD to a 40H. I'm a bit envious of the women who have gone to Cs and am considering reduction surgery once I hit my goal weight. I'm hoping they shrink on their own, though.

As for those who are envious, I guess we do always want what we don't have. For me, I enjoy having breasts, but there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. I feel very self conscious about them and the neck and back pain are not fun.

I've lost 100+ and 3 band sizes but none in the cup. I was so hoping I would. Don't think there is any hope left at this point.
