A lot of people don't know how to eat their daily calories correctly ... It has taken me 10plus years to actually want to lose the weight and get healthy . After my first child wich is 8 now, I didn't know how to eat properly always jack n the box bk McDonald's taco bell ... Junk.... I knew it was all bad but didn't care ... My pant size kept climbing higher and higher it was pretty gross actually.. I got to 260 at one point on my 5'7 frame it was hard on my back always short of breath , but still didn't care enough to change .. I got pregnant at 24 and found out I was having twins.. the thought of being 240 plus and pregnant scared me I didn't want to be 300 pounds as I did research and found twin pregnancys can pack on the pounds ...
I actually lost 35, pounds in the first trimester due to bring sick ... I was excited because I only gained back 20 of it ... I felt great was on track but when I quit breast feeding I gained 30 pounds ... Got depressed and became an emotional eater ;( it was horrible to say the least .. a year passed and I decided that enough was enough and I was done with the excuses and ready to change ... Tired of quick fixes and yo yo'ING ..and even tho I wasn't 100% commited I started to slowly change my eating habits ..then started adding in cardio and pilates .. and just really trying to change without getting defeated ... My twins are 3 now and it has litteraly takin me 3 years to get it together and figure it out.. wich I am super proud of ... I finally joined a gym wich I was embarrassed to do and I figured out how to eat and not be starving ... And by doing this I have lost almost 25 pounds in two months . Being accountable for the choices you make and things you put in your mouth will help you figure out what your body need and how much it needs... I've finally figured out that food is fuel and without the good stuff my body runs like crap .. I sorrow better and I'm such s happier person.. I still have a long journey ahead but I'm excited to take it
I have 70 pounds to go but knowledge is power and I now know what I need to be doing to get there...
I eat 2 to 300 calories every two to three hours and I drink plenty of water keeps me full and my skin looking amazing ...if I can do this anyone can
