I see so many people on here losing so much weight and looking AMAZING.... I know they worked so hard to get there and hats awesome .. I work out .6 days a week I eat healthy I do slip once In awhile but for the most part I think I do pretty well .. , but I'm feeling stuck I have lost 30 pounds but the number on the scale is still such a huge number and when I think about how much more I have to lose it depresses me honestly so I guess I'm just wondering how do I keep sane knowing how much more needs to go? If that makes sense LOL
I know it takes time for it to come off but I feel like its not going to .. like I'm going to be this weight forever even tho I do the right things to lose it? Does this make sense to anyone? Sorry just feeling confused

Maybe you should try for little mini goals instead of one big goal. For instance, I have my goal set at 180 lbs. but I really want to be 165. But that seems really far away and unobtainable. Once I make it to 180, I will change it to 165. Hope this helps.0

Listen up Jess.
What you are feeling is the same thing that most people feel during t his journery, myself included. During these times is when you really need to stay strong and maybe even step up your game. There will be times when you feel stuck, times when you feel like you're wasting your time, times when you don't like what you see in the mirror even though you have dropped a lot of weight, times when some *kitten* throws an insult your way, times when you just want to give up and eat all in sight, times when you decide that exercise is not helping and want to give up. We all go through this. We have to stay strong during these stressful times. Wake your dungeon dragon up and tell her you need her help. Everyone has a dragon inside of them that will take them to places they never thought possible. Baby, wake that dragon up and set her lose. You are already a winner, because you are here. You will stay strong, you will keep going, you will not let any thing get in your way. You got this baby. All problems are solved with time. I stayed at the same weight for over 30 days once and I was putting in hot work. I felt like throwing in the towel, but I did not; I persevered and so will you. Get in that mirror and tell the person staring you in the eyes that this is your world and you will do with it as you please and that you will win this fight. Tell her that she is not welcome in your world. You got this baby!0 -
