    What I love the most about traveling and going on vacation is meeting new people and telling them I'm from Washington. I've learned to clarify Washington STATE, otherwise, people think I'm talking about Washington DC. You guys get that at all?

    Yep! Last week was brutal - in the high 90s. The nights wouldn't cool off. It's not so bad now - high 80s.

    I love Spokane too - Lived here all my life. You should have seen the river this year. It was phenomenal with all the rain and spring run off. Gorgeous!

    I'm not from here but have been living in Kitsap County for about 2 1/2 years now. This state is so gorgeous! I've been all over exploring parts of it, just haven't made it to Eastern Wa yet...

    Someone asked me once where i was from i said washington state they said oh so ur mid west ? And this person was from californina ... Face palm lol .. i get dc alot .. i love washington there isnt a place like here anywhere.... !!!!! Im originally from southern california .. lived in lincoln city oregon but been here 11 years ;))))
