Calorie goal
Mfp says I need about 1500 a day. So far I have had about 1200 and I'm Not hungry anymore. I also burned about 350 working out today. Should I have more calories even though I'm not hungry.

So i went for lunch out today- none of the nutritional info was available online or at the place. I had a veggie burger on brioche bun. I have been seriously logging and sticking to my calorie goal for 2 days. Can someone please look at my diary and let me know if i am doing okay? I feel guilty eating pasta and low fat ice cream, but it all fits in my budget- and i have been having plenty of fruits and veggies as well. thanks in advance for any advice

Pasta
Is it a no no to eat pasta often if it fits into my calorie budget? On the 100s of diets I have tried before this (medifast, south beach, ww- you name it) I would have never considered to do this. Pasta is forbidden. But if I have room for 2 oz for dinner can I have it? Even more than once a week?

1200 calorie days
It's my second day. Yesterday I was able to burn 400 calories by running. The day before I went spinning. Today I am sore- I walked 2.5 miles but it only says I earned 190 calories.
