Mfp says I need about 1500 a day. So far I have had about 1200 and I'm
Not hungry anymore. I also burned about 350 working out today. Should I have more calories even though I'm not hungry.

Yes, you also need to eat back at least some of your exercise calories. If you're not hungry go for calorically dense foods. Two tablespoons of peanut butter and a cup glass of chocolate milk is about 500 calories.
