Body fat % loss v weight loss
So over the past 3 weeks my body fat % has gone from 28% to 24% and yet I've only lost 2lbs. How does that work? Just to clarify
MFP no longer tells you you've eaten too little when you eat over 1000 no matter how low your net weight is. So as long as I'm consuming around 1200, I shouldn't need to eat back any exercise calories right? Or is this entire 'plateau if you don't eat enough' a myth anyway?

MFP suggests to lose 1lb a week I eat 1270cals a day. So I walk to uni 4 days a week (30mins there, 30mins back). Low calorie, high fat.
Is a high fat diet bad, even if you stay within calorie limits? By bad I don't mean particularly healthy as I know it's not. I mean would I not loose weight if my diet is high in fat?
