which app do you use?
I usually use Runkeeper to map my walk/run at the park but the past couple of times it hasn't tracked about half of my walk. Says I only did a mile when I walked closer to 2. So which app do you use? Oh and I have an android so if there are any iPhone exclusives out there.. :( I can't use them

confused
I went for a run this morning and my runkeeper says I burned 518 calories running 1.5 miles in 30 mins. But when I entered it into MFPit only said like 130... I was doing W1D3 and finished then did a nice slow walk back to my car. That probably killed my time in running so which should I do?

Help My Pants don't fit!!
They are too big.. even my belt doesn't have enough holes to hold them up! Whatever shall I do?! Oh wait.. this is what I wanted lol :D :blushing: :laugh: Now I'm off to poke some holes into my belt so I can 'fit' into my pants

finding myself with so many cals left over
So its almost dinner time for me and I have over 1000 cals to eat. this happens almost everyday so what do i do? I eat crap to get myself closer to my calorie goal because I don't want my body to go into starvation mode. Should I lower my calorie intake or just leave it as it and just deal with it? Finally did w1d2 today. Almost killed myself but I did it. Outside as well. Way harder than on the tredmill but I think I will keep doing it this way. Felt way more alive :-)

hips lock up..
Yesterday I was doing the P90x for abs and one of the exercises made my hip have a shooting pain like a charlie horse only not as.. inmoveable..
