I saw a fellow MFPer who posted pictures of her mirror with all her quotes and I was just wondering what others say to themselve or have on their mirrors to help motivate them.
My favorite is "Stumbling is NOT falling"
It helps me remember that I may stumble during this journey to a skinnier me but I don't ever HAVE to fall back into my old life.
