How do you count cals for Heavy Rope and Kettle Bell
Workouts? I do an hour using the heavy ropes, kettle bell, TRX bands, lunges with weights and some step up etc. I would consider this cardio so would I count is as circuit training?? Any thoughts would be welcome.

Who drinks on this site! I drink twice a week these days but when I do I enjoy a bottle of wine, seriously is it just me!

Sooo hungry after the gym!!
I feel like I am eating way more since joining the gym a week ago, I go every day for 60 mins alternating cardio equipment and circuit training. I have so much more energy but feeling more hungry,..... therefore I try not to eat back all cals . Anyone else having this issue?

Its great reading seeing success stories but...
Not many have shared HOW you have done it? With so many variables it all gets confusing I would love to know what worked, MFP settings, sticking around BMR etc? Its great to see that something is working tho! :]

Nothing seems to work for me.....! What now?
I am 190 lbs, 56 cm high and 36 yrs old. Female. I have stuck to 1200 cals with excersise and got nowhere. I went to higher cals, around 1900 a day with 4 workouts a week for 50 mins and lost nothing. Both of these I stuck to for a month. One month in and.........
Totally bummed! 2 kg weight gain and no inches lost.....started the gym around the same time. 4-6 days a week, 30 mins cardio and 20 mins weight training..... Feeling like this is not working for me, my eating has not been great for the last week but other than that I try to eat clean. Any help out there ??

How long for weight training?
Hi all, I weight train around 5 times a week but my whole routine only takes half an hour.... I see some people train for an hour, I just wondered what you were doing for it to last that long? I am wondering if I do enough. I also do cardio for 30mins 5 times a week at the gym. Thanks.
