Calorie intake
How does everyone manage to eat all the extra calories that working out adds? I am on a 1200 calorie diet but by the time I am done working out it shows that I should be eating between 1600 - 1800 calories. I have a hard time getting in all 1200. Help I am in a food crisis.

Boredom + food = disaster
I have been noticing more and more that when I am bored I want to eat more, even when I am not hungry. I have been drinking tons of water and eating something small every 2 hours but I keep finding myself fighting the urge to eat when I am bored. Not sure what to do besides fight the urges. I am new to using fitness pal and I am hoping it helps me. I am struggling losing weight since having my daughter 17 months ago so here I am trying to count the calories to everything I eat and drink. UGH this is a lot harder than I like to admit.
