suggestions to go with my baked sweet potato??
Hi, I lovebaked sweet potatoes as they don't need butter!! But what can I have with it??? Some times I have it as part of my main meal but would like suggestions for good things to have with one for lunch. does it mater if I'm under calories everyday?? some days it's like 100 but others, like today, I'm about 500 under!! I have 3 meals a day & snacks & my allowance is 1310 a day before excercise. I've not had 1300 since starting, but does it matter?

yesterday I filled in my food intake before I ate most of it. It was so useful to see ahead how many calories I had left rather than 'runing out'.
