No matter what I do it won't shift!
I wasn't eating my exercise calories so thought that might be it, but I am now & still nothing!:explode:
I've stayed the same for about 2/3 weeks no matter what I've eaten!
Maybe my scales are jammed???

My partner has a theory that everyones body has 'it's own' weight & mine has reached that, that's why I'm no longer losing.??????:frown:

I was so lucky in the first coule of weeks. It just fell off, literally!! But I've not lost an ounce sine, let alone the last 4 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any Ideas or suggestions??? Please:flowerforyou:

Sorry you are having such a hard time, I wish I could think of something to help! :noway: All I can say is stick with it! Is your goal weight according to your BMI? At this stage you should probably get your body fat % done and go more by those figures. Don't know sorry!

Hi Nina! It's because you're already skinny enough! I agree with your "partner"!
