Sea Salt
Does this really have more flavor, or is it just another way to market "new" foods? I've read that by weight sea salt and table salt have the same amount of sodium. So unless it truly has more flavor, how could it be "healthier?"

Treadmill vs Elliptical
Which one burns more? I realize there are many factors, but I want to make the most out of my HIIT. Currently I've been doing the elliptical but was wondering if I should switch to the treadmill. I'm also taking up spinning class, so I'll have variety.

Is anyone using it? I have a free 30 days from buying some of her stuff. I'm just not sure about it. The meal planner seems unrealalistic, and the routine is pretty... extreme. But I love JM, so I'm just not sure. The price is ridiculous after the trial too.

Clear Liquid Diet
Has anyone had to have one? I'm pretty freaked out by it, and it's completely going to throw off this week's numbers. Wednesday I'm on an all clear liquids diet, and then nothing Thursday. So... yay... Not too happy, but hey, that's what I get for having a mom who had colon cancer at the age of 35.

I can't decide
I just did my 30 day shred workout for the day. Now I'm debating whether I should do Zumba on the kinect or wait until later for a spinning class. Or... I *could* do both if I dare. But I can't decide. So, decide for me ;) My favorite dinner is tonight, so I know I'll need extra food calories :)

Spinning/Cycling Shoes
I noticed some of the other girls in my spinning class has special shoes that clip on to the pedals. Are these really effective? Staying full during long days
My day starts at 4am. I eat breakfast around 5 but around 9 I'm starving. Then I want lunch around 12 but get super hungry again around 4. Once I get home around 8 (9 if I go to the gym) I'm famished again. I don't want to keep eating snacks all day, but I don't know what else to do.

Water
I've been drinking LOTS more water than I used to. Normally I would drink about 3 cups of coffee a day, and maybe a glass or two of water. Now I'm drinking 1 cup of coffee, and 6-10 cups a water a day. Well, I'm on my 7th glass today (at only 11:50am) and I'm so thirsty! I can't stand it. I keep drinking and drinking but…

Barefoot or Shoes
Does it matter if I wear shoes or am barefoot during exercise? I prefer to be barefoot, but I'm afraid it messes with the form at times. All the DVDs I have show the instructor wearing shoes. But many yoga videos show them barefoot.

Protein Powder in Coffee?
I can't stand the powder in water alone, but I font want the extra calories from a glass of milk every time. In the morning I drink a cup of coffee, and thought it might be a good sub for cream and sugar. Has anyone tried this? Am I insane?

Why are there so many choices? Whey, soy, isolate, I'm sure there's more. Can somebody please explain what each does differently? What makes a person choose one or the orher?

Is there a reason I should sit in the sauna after working out? Or is it just to relax? I'm not interested in sweating more since I know that's just water loss.

Can't keep my HR in the zone
I struggle keeping my HR in the target zone. I'll be going along, all hunky dory loving my eliptical. Next thing I know, I look down and see the screen flashing 196-220. My target is 137-166.
