40 Days!!
Today is day 40 guys, that's 40 whole days of insanity. I am so happy I have got this far and am more than half way through. I am really loving the circuit workouts for month 2!!! 23 days to go until we've earned it......

Day 39.....
As nice easy one today but it seemed to go on for a while. My upper body strength is improving a fair amount through all the sit ups and plank work. I can't believe that in two days we will have finished week one of the dreaded month two!!! Have a nice day all xx

Ok so I've found one I really don't like!!! maybe I just wasn't in the mood today but this one is not a favourite. Still got through it and even though it was shorter than the others it felt so much longer. Half way through week 1 already guys!!! Have a great day xx

Another day down, and another enjoyable yet challenging workout. I am really enjoying month 2 so far and the time seems to go so much quicker than the workouts in month 1.
