Hi Im new to the site and still finding my feet - I am 5ft 2.5 and am trying to shift the last 10lbs by eating more / exercising more ... I'd love to have some people to support and motivate me and to support back.

boredom + frustration + hormones = ....
eating too much rubbish and not even paying attention to it. *Sighs* so how do you cope when you've had a bad day? I am giving myself this weekend off tracking and then will get back on it after the Jubilee.

200 cals a day extra = 1lb loss!
So I upped my cals to 1300 / 1400 a day this week (and I think I've eated way over that this sat / sun) and this morning I had lost 1lb! So awesome! Cant wait to start throwing exercise back into the mix now and eating even more.

Hi I’ve been doing a lot of reading on the boards / various linked sites and keep seeing stuff aboyut metabolism resets. I’m a lifelong VLC / cycle of overstuffing eater, which was to do with my allergies mostly and I am done with that. How does a reset work? Does it work?
