Hi
I have been doing WW for the last month (and lost 12lbs on it) but I found that i couldnt eat all the points it wanted me to eat and couldnt work with the one size fits all mentality - so I have decided to give MFP a go.
I have tracked a typical day and worked out my calories from that and as I used to cycle my points I am going to try that with calories as well.
I am aware that the major kick I need is to up my exersize (which I struggle to fit into my day) but a new start / routine should spur me on a bit.
good luck all!
