Here we go.....slimming world type diet
I have used MFP on and off for a while, but only played at it, I am now at my heaviest weight at 273 lb or 19 1/2 stone !!! interval training, picture of heart rate v time
the below picture is me doing spin and tredmill 5km spin bike for 10 min 1 mile run at 7mph then interval training. just like the heart rate tracking the exercise :wink:
