I'm having a strong craving for no bake cookies...does anyone know of a recipe that is fairly healthy to throw together without having to make a huge batch? I was hoping to replace the sugar with stevia and butter with something else. Thanks!

Using TDEE less 20%
Using TDEE seems like a lot of calories to consume to lose weight. My calculation came up to 2,478 calories so I have myself eating 1,950 a day. Has this really worked for anyone else?

Help. I am having issues with binging and I believe it's because I'm depriving myself and I don't have the accurate amount of calories I should be consuming. I workout at least 6 times a week. I just want to get my eating habits under control. Thanks for any and all input.

Carb with Protein Snack
I am needing some more ideas on snacks for my day. I usually have a banana with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, fruit with walnut pieces, or a slice of whole grain toast with a laughing cow cheese spread. Anyone have any other ideas? I'm trying to match a carb with a protein item.

I typically have egg whites with vegetables for breakfast but I am wanting to change it up a little and alternate with a breakfast smoothie. Does anyone have a good recipe for a breakfast smoothie? I was thinking frozen fruit, spinach, fat free milk, oatmeal, and some protein.

I need a workout routine
I think my body is getting tired of the same routine. I usually run a 5k every night and throw some weights in there every now and then but I need change. I think my body is getting used to the same thing. Any ideas on what I can do for fat buring and muscle toning workouts? Thanks!:wink:

Workout Video
I usually go to the gym every night for a step or Zumba class however there is some nights that step and Zumba isn't offered. What workout video at home do you guys use?
