Lost Muscle
I feel really stupid asking this question but anyways here it goes. This morning i caught myself saying " Oh I just lost weight because I lost muscle". Now if I'm correct ... that doesn't happen does it. You can't just in less then a week lose muscle weight, right? Can anyone explain this to me, please.
