Shrunken Stomach

Need some advice on how to solve this issue.
I've been sick for the last week and couldn't eat so my stomach has shrunk
as well been going through some family problems and my appetite is lost most of the time.
I like to have 1.5-2hr workouts after work so I try to stuff down as much as I can but the calories just don't add up.
As well most of the time I'm not even hungry.
Is there any suggestions on what I should do.
I hear people saying don't eat if your not hungry.
I'm barely at 300 calories in total today without dinner and I have not done my workout.
Tea w/ Milk in morning, two hard boiled eggs, simple salad for lunch and an apple and coffee for snack.
Debating on having a can of soup as well but i'm not that hungry.
Any helpful tips.

If you aren't that hungry snack on things that are calorie dense.

Have some toast with peanut butter... have some nuts... Have some cut up veggies dipped in dressing... have a protein shake or protein bar.

Don't workout for so long, you are likely not working at the correct intensity and after about an hour the body starts producing more stress hormones which is the last thing you need. If you are eating a few hundred calories don't exercise at all, training breaks down the body rest and nutrition build it back up again - you risk overreaching, overtraining syndrome, adrenal fatigue, injury, suppression of the immune system.

Hunger is not an early warning system for mealtimes, it is a sign that you have failed to give your body the nutrients it needs. However the signals can be disrupted or destroyed by poor eating habits. You don't need hunger to tell you that you are not nourishing your body, you know you are eating a poor diet. See your doctor and practice stress management techniques. In the mean time choose nutrient and calorie dense foods like oily fish, hard cheese, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, cocoa powder and avocados not cans of soup and salad.

This as well! You don't need to workout that much daily as it is but especially if you can't eat the calories required. You will just destroy your body doing that much activity on so little food.
