Shin pain
hi all I've started the C25k in December and was doing well. On Wednesday I did week 5 run 3 the 20 min continuous run. About 3 hours after the run i got bad shin pain. I've rested and iced the shin but 4 days later it's no better. Anyone hot any words of wisdom please.

any older females lifting weights
Hi, my weight loss started in May this year so far I've lost 50lbs, I do a mixture of cardio and weights but I'm finding I'm getting more into the weights, was just wondering if there are any other females out there 45+ lifting weights and enjoying it.

hi everyone, Advise needed Pls. I'm half way through my weight Journey. Lost 3stone since May another 3 to go. I'm toning up but I'm finding I've got loose skin on my arm and belly. Will this shrink in time or not.

What exercise to do sat down
Hi, I'm due to have a foot op in a few months and will be off my foot for at least 12 weeks. I'm looking for exercises to do sat down. Was thinking of kettle bells. Anyone any advise please.

Kicked up the backside & re day to restart
