ive lost 75lbs over the last 14 months, a few months ago I started to lift more weight and cut back on cardio purely to tone up . im struggling mentally with putting on 3lb last month. I need to shift another 5-8% body fat. back on logging food so hoping this will help me put things in perspective.

Im 48 only been doing weight a short while but I cant get enough of it and my other love is boxing, fantastic for getting rid of stress. Growing old disgracefully

Hi, I use knee length lycra legging from Asda ( £8 and they wash and tumble dry really well) t shirts from sports direct.

easier to track by grams and change macros for different days. not worth the money though

I have a big picture of my 4 year old on the fridge and everytime I go to raid it I just look at her happy face & think " I can do it & I need to do it for me & her" You have done it once you can do it again. Good luck

Every Saturday morning I make a dozen pancakes & freeze most of them to last the week, my treat is 2 blueberry pancakes every Saturday after a run. During the week daughter has fresh blueberry pancakes, 20 seconds in a Microwave just slightly warm & yummy . Mumofzoe

I have just left WW online. Althought I did loose weight I had trouble with their apps. I have found mfp has much more info. I was filling up on fruit with WW up to 8 pieces a day all 0 points, on mfp I was way over my sugar with just 3 pieces of fruit. So far I would say mfp wins and it's free

Hi all My first post. Started C25k on Saturday, 1st & 2nd run were hard but OK, did 3run last night and only got half way through it, i got a bad pain in the back of my leg. Im running on the treadmill at the gym and was wondering if it's any easier on the legs running outside. Sue
