bored of meal planing
I have now been dieting for almost 4 weeks and husband for 3. It is working as I have lost 15.5lb and husband has lost 10.5lb. My problem is because we have cut out fried foot, which we used to eat a lot of ( chips/frys) I am not finding it difficult to meal pla. Does anyone else have this problem ?

How many times a week to gym ?
I have just strated goignt o gym this week and still getting to grips with machines and getting used to them. Tuesday for induction then 10 minutes on treadmill and 10 on bike Wednesday 1/2 hour talking to instructor to get program set up then 30 minutes on cardio and 2 circuits of strenght machines. First day at gym
Well had my induction this morning as was not as intimidating as I though. Instructor showed me how to work the machines, what each on did etc. I then spend 10 minutes on treadmill and 30 minutes on bike. Body Fat help
I am a bit confused about the body fat figure. My starting details where Weight 279lb Fat 44.5% Water 40.5% BMI 47.7% Now after 5 weeks Weight 260lb Fat 43.6% Water 41.1% BMI 45% I have lost 19lb and 2.7% off my BMI but only 0.9% body fat???? am I doing somehting wrong? thanks Doreen

Looking some help I will be logging my progress on this site but hubby will not , So was thinking of doing him a chart and putting it inside bathroom cabinet door so he can weigh himself and mark it down right away , lol I just wondered where others keep a not of weight loss ?
