tired after workout?
hey guys, so, i've been running 4 miles everyday, and afterwards, i'm always really tired, like ready for a nap, even though i've slept 8 hours the night before. even if i push myself to shower, and get ready for the day (keep moving so i don't slow down) i STILL get tired. just wondering if this is normal? diet is healthy.
