Getting back into the swing of things...

So I've still been "watching" my weight, but I haven't been counting calories for about two weeks now, and I've noticed I have not lost any weight since June 25th. Kinda bummed. I've still been working out, but not AS much, but I'm on my feet more cause I've been working more. So back to the calorie counting for me, BUT I was wondering...if anyone knew... how long, appx, does it take for a person to get a new set weight. I would ultimately like to be at about 125, and have that as my set weight. Right now I am at 131, which I have sustained for about two weeks.
