Or someone in spirit, at least? Lol

I've just started a new job where I'm working 55-60 hours a week, and I have NOT been working out afterward because I just want to go home at the end of the day and relax. Only on the weekends I workout, and even after not working out for a week it's hard to get things in gear again.

I want to go weekly but I need Someone to push me.

Friend me!

can you work out in the mornings? That's the only time I can get it done or it doesn't get done! I have 3 kids, a full-time job, and I do all the cooking/cleaning at night...best I can do is a walk with the kids at night if I don't get any workout
    done.

No :( I get up at 5:30 and have to be to work by 6:45. However, I am a nanny. I guess I shoul think of some more creative ways to incorporate exercise into my days.

    Any suggestions?

I agree with Scarrie. I get off at 7pm and when I get home I make dinner for my husband. By the time I could even workout it'd be 9pm so by then I'm ready to just relax and pass out. I go to the gym before work and just get up a little earlier. I hated it the first couple days, but I started realizing how much better I felt throughout work when going to the gym before.

Can you take an hour of the day to do at home workouts? Like if the kids are sleeping or at an activity or something? If so, i'd say bring some weights, and a mat and just do a lot of strength training at least. i mean heck, tell the kids to watch tv for 30 mins while you do your exercises haha.

Well there's 4 kiddos, 3, 4, 6, and an 8 year old and only the 3 yr old naps. And we don't ever watch tv. But I wonder if I could get then to go on a jog with me, hehe, and then put them in the chariot (stroller) so the two younger ones can keep up. This might be an idea...

I just like to keep things interesting for the kids, and I don't want to bore them for the sake of me exercising

    Idk

i need some motivation too. im really starting to slack off. i am working 10 hour shifts. 6-4:30. so when i get off work, im so tired and find every excuse not to go to the gym. and mind you, i have two gym memberships. the first one i got has classes and a pool. but they have funny hours. so that was my excuse. so i got a second membership for a 24 hour place thinking i could go any time of day. well, that failed lol. anyone feel free to add me and lets get going!
