hey guys,
so, i've been running 4 miles everyday, and afterwards, i'm always really tired, like ready for a nap, even though i've slept 8 hours the night before. even if i push myself to shower, and get ready for the day (keep moving so i don't slow down) i STILL get tired. just wondering if this is normal? diet is healthy.

Diet may be healthy but is it enough? I can't see your diary so I don't know what you eat but sometimes eating a little before the workout may help. For me, eating just before I go to bed helps me to not feel hungry in the morning so that's an option too.0

Eat a banana before you go running then eat something high in carbs/protein after you run such as a protein shake to help you recover faster. Your body may not be use to your workout just yet so maybe give it alittle bit of time.0
