Hips popping?
I've started these new exercise DVDs that totally kick my butt and now my hips keep popping and this morning my left hip gave out and I fell... is this normal? lol It doesn't hurt or anything... just skinned my knee on the carpet from the fall :laugh:

30 day shred anyone?
Hey guys! I have done the 30 day shred a few times but I really want to make it all 30 days! Anyone with me? We'll do each level 10 days and report here with our complaints/successes.

Wii Fit Plus Calories?
Has anyone used a heart rate monitor and used their Wii Fit Plus or know how accurate the calories it says you burned are? It's saying that I've burned 120 calories but I'm not sure :ohwell: It really doesn't feel like it!

I've been really good latley about sticking to my 1200 calories per day and exercising and I've started to lose some weight. Then starting Monday it's like I can't get enough food to eat. I'm looking to get a HRM but I'm not sure what kind woud be best? I've found a couple of cheap ones on eBay that are like watches... has anyone had any luck with those? Or am I better off getting one that straps to my arm/leg/chest?

Do I really have to eat so much?
MFP suggests I have 1200 calories a day in order to lose 1.7lbs a week. However when I exercise it tells me that I earned extra calories from working out.
