How to adjust daily carb/fat/protein goals?
For me, the daily carb/fat/protein goals that MFP has set are WAY off... it wants me to have mostly carbs, followed by fat, then very little protein. This is not what I feel a good diet should be. All in all, I would like to change it so that I am looking at around 40% protein, 30% fat, and 30% carbs. I don't care if it's…
