Hi. I am a recently diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic. I am looking for friends to encourage and motivate each other. I have a significant amount of weight to lose on my journey to be healthy and hopefully medication free. Thanks.

I am looking for friends who will encourage and motivate me. I have done this a couple of times before but I am at a point in my life that I know I have to get this done. I've set my first short term goal to get below three hundred which is about 34 pounds.
