Intro/Progress
Hi ladies!! Just wanted to say hi. I had my 4th baby May 2019. He will be 9 months old on the 10th and to date I have lost 55 pounds!!!! I only gained 30 so the "baby weight" for THIS pregnancy is off. But, I have 39 to go to be at my UGW. This group really helped to motivate/support me after babies 1 and 2.

Weight "Gain"
Hi Guys, Looking for some tips. I've been on this journey for 4.5 months and down 43 pounds. Yay! I hardly ever have cheat days, but Monday was my bday so I did. Day 29
My cravings for the most part went away after first week. But now with the kids being sick and have 3 sleepless nights in a row, the cravings our returning. Yesterday I wanted a cookie so bad!! I didn't cave though. I just need sleep!

What gives?
Throughout the entire program I have not slipped up once and have logged faithfully. Until today weight loss has been consistent. But this morning I was up almost 2 pounds. My sodium is low and protein is high. I drink 12 glasses of water a day. Any ideas??

I have a feeling today is going to be full of temptations. We are having a big client in the office today and normally that means catered lunch and fancy desserts. At this point I don't have any cravings, but it's still hard to not feel "part of the group." I know that probably sounds weird...

Making the family a paleo style frittata this morning. Yum! Today should be great. For my baby shower (I'm 4 months postpartum), I received a spa day gift card. Well, today I am finally using it. I'm getting a 45 minute facial and a 1 hour massage. Heaven here I come!!!!

I am noticing that I have a lot more energy. I am staying up later at night and waking up easier in the morning. I used to hit snooze twice, now I just get right up when the alarm goes off the first time. Anyone experiencing an energy boost lately?

Well, I am still going strong and I hopped on the scale this morning and I was pleased to see I am 3 pounds down this week!! I didn't even workout get all my workouts in. Loving my new lifestyle!
