I went to Subway for lunch and got the blackforest ham and turkey on wheat bread 6 inch. Added tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles, avacado, onion, spinach, pepper, and vinegar. No mayo or mustard. Frustrated
I don't know what I am doing wrong. I am 5'4, my starting weight was 135. I lost the first 5 pounds easily and have kept them off. However, I have been stuck at 130 for weeks. I am so confused, MFP has me eating 1200 calories per day. I was just reading about BMR and that says I should have 1400... I am totally confused, how many calories should my net goal be and why are they different?
