I don't know what I am doing wrong. I am 5'4, my starting weight was 135. I lost the first 5 pounds easily and have kept them off. However, I have been stuck at 130 for weeks. My net is 1200, I am wondering if I am just being impatient or if I need more or less calories. Any advice from those in a similar situation?

Have you changed your weight on the goal thing? I wonder if that will change the amount of calories you are allowed. Sometimes you need to up your calories in order to loose weight. I know it sounds insane but check that out. There are some post here that talk about that.0

Yes I have changed the settings to my current weight. I have heard of people upping their calories, something about starvation mode. I don't know if I am and if I need to adjsut them how much to adjust them. Also, on the activity level, I have it set to seditary as I have a desk job and sit for almost 9 hours. However, I do workout for 30-60 minutes 4-6 days per week and I don't know if that matters for the activity level. So confused! Thank you for your help!0

ugh i am in the same boat. Just talked to my mom about it. i've been working out steadily for 5 weeks and although i know ive replaced fat with muscle i dont feel like im getting smaller in image or scale. i know its just keep it up keep it up but its so hard to not see any results for so long when ive given up so much and have taken on so much more fitness.0

I say use a mesuring tape? I remember a few weeks ago I actually gained 2 pounds but at the same time lost one inch on my hips. So the scale is not really telling the whole story0

I am 5 ft 4 in and my *goal* weight was 135! I realize we are not all the same body type, etc, but it sounds like you are quite a healthy weight already?0
