I'm addicted! I try but I can't stop. I can't even reduce what I consume in a day. I've tried and tried. I know it's garbage. I know that stopping could even help drop more pounds. But it tastes so good. First thing I do in morning is crack open a can. Gotta be a cold can. Nectar of the gods.

7 year itch (plus some)
i consider myself happily married for over ten years. We have some issues. I'm getting tired of him being irresponsible. Doesn't pay enough attention to me. etc etc. Problem is, i have found myself fantasizing about other men. Feel yucky for it! It's not intentional. Anyone else feel similar? Suggestions?

I'm beat!
I've been working out and eating right for about a month now. I'm also taking vitamins. But i'm still sooo tired. After my workout I'm so exhausted. I thought that i would have more energy by now. But after my workout i'm took tired to do much. Anyone else feeling like this? Suggestions? Tips? Why is this?

What would you do?
I cannot run straight at this point. I'm alternating bursts of jogging and walking at a moderate pace to catch my breath. I do work up a good sweat and get out of breath. Def not a leisurely stroll. I'm just logging this as a moderate pace. What would you do?

Lose skin?
I'm just curious if those of you that have lost 100+ have had to have skin removed? I'm worried about this. Is it a "given"?

I wanna RUN!
I've never been a runner, even when I was active in high school. I've been jogging/walking in intervals. Is this the best way to start? Also, how do you log jogging/walking on exercise tracker? I've been using "moderately brisk walking". But I really work up a sweat and get out of breath. I just don't want to over-estimate.
