I signed up for my first Spartan Race. I have exactly 2 months until race time. I would love to hear training tips from those who have done these races before.
I am starting the lifting program Charlie Mike today. I'm a little nervous but excited for results. Has anyone tried this program and if so did you like it? Good results?
Probably a stupid question but is there anyone who lifts at home?I can't afford a gym membership (not in the budget) and I want to start lifting. What can I do at home? I only have resistance bands and free weights 7 lbs, 10 lbs, and 25 lbs.
Has anyone used them? How did you like them? Any success stories? I just one the 7 disc with the toners on eBay.
