Bought meal prep containers and prepared lunch and dinner for Monday-Friday. I get bored easily so sticking with it might be hard.

My NSV is going home to visit family after Christmas and having my family tell me I look so good. We moved in August to another state so it's been a while since they have seen me. Made my month.

Thank you. I am running/walking 5-9 miles a day and hope to get it up to 10. I also starting a lifting program yesterday.

I noticed that all of my workout leggings are starting to be to big. I have to keep pulling them up when I am walking or working out. So happy because I used to have major love handles stick out over the sides.

First time posting on this thread but here we go... After not seeing my step daughter in 5 weeks she told me that she can't stop staring at my waist because it looks so small. She also said I look really happy. I ran 2 miles straight tonight. It took 20 minutes but hey it was without walking so I was excited.

My scale isn't moving but I was able to get into my pre preg jeans today. You are more then likely gaining muscle. It takes up less space hence the loss in inches.

The way I try and stay motivated is to look in my closet. I had my second child almost 4 months ago. I have 12 pairs of expensive jeans hanging in the closet that I used to be able to wear before I had my baby. Maybe you could buy a cute top or something one size down. Thanks for the input everyone. I measured my waist and have lost almost 1/2 inch in the first week. I am going to focus on the inches and not what the scale states.
