Lifting at home

Options
Probably a stupid question but is there anyone who lifts at home?I can't afford a gym membership (not in the budget) and I want to start lifting. What can I do at home? I only have resistance bands and free weights 7 lbs, 10 lbs, and 25 lbs.

I'd go for a suspension trainer.

I also do Goodmornings, bench press, overhead press, tricep extensions, and rows with dumbells. All of my strength training so far is done with dumbbells. My mind just went blank, but I do other exercises as well LOL I will try to come back and give you some more once I have a chance to review my exercise diary at home :)

    I do!
I have the bowflex Selecttech dumbbells (best investment ever!) and I do Chalean Extreme.
