While everyones out drinking carbs and calories..I just got home from a late night swim with a friend!! I find that i'd muuchhh rather eat my calories then drink them! Any other's agree?

Apple cider Vinegar?
Okay so I've been hearing alot lately how apple cider vinegar is a great weight loss tool. If you drink it before everymeal or something it helps burn fat/ speed up your metabolism. Is this true? If it is why havent I heard this earlier! ..and why isnt everyone taking it!!? haha. Any thoughts/opinions from anyone??

My 1st weigh-in !
So today I went to my training session, and had my first weigh-in. In my first month I have lost 71/2 lbs and have lost 14 inches already!! I was sooo excited I wanted to scream it from the roof tops! I still have a long ways to go.. about 45 lbs, but this is a refreshing start!

working out when your sick?
i know thats not a very good idea, your body needs rest. My throat is very sore and my body aches. Does anybody know when a good time to get back to your regular workout routine would be?
