Sooo i got suckered in and got a month supply of these Premium Acai Berry Pills..... they are supposed to cleanse your body of waste and toxins and have a ton of nutrients/antioxidants yada yada yada. haven't taken them yet i was wondering if anybody had tried them, and if so how are they? I agree.. but what really blows it when you come home at night to a batch a freshly baked chocolate chip cookies sitting on the counter..(like I did ) lol .. I just dart past them and run upstairs haha and chug some water :sad: hahaha

While everyones out drinking carbs and calories..I just got home from a late night swim with a friend!! I find that i'd muuchhh rather eat my calories then drink them! Any other's agree?

How long have you been dieting? I myself struggled quite a bit in the beginning. For me it's been a little over a month and just now my body is adjusting to not eating late at night.. ya know where I don't feel that empty achy feeling. Okay so i've started my weight loss plan a little over a month ago... and have already lost 12lbs. I sort of screwed my cycle by missing a couple days of taking my pill.. so i decided just to wait after i got my next ermm..lady time:blushing: .. to take it. I'm now nervous that if i start BC again it will hinder my weight…

So today I went to my training session, and had my first weigh-in. In my first month I have lost 71/2 lbs and have lost 14 inches already!! I was sooo excited I wanted to scream it from the roof tops! I still have a long ways to go.. about 45 lbs, but this is a refreshing start!

I really like the Weight control oatmeal... its lower in sugar and calories and tastes great! ... maple and brown sugar never fails!! ... i also eat a banana.. or 1/2 a cantaloupe with the oatmeal.
