1 lb ground turkey - browned with 1/3 cup chopped onion - drain off fat if any
Add the following:
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP Mustard
3/4 cup Ketchup
2 TBPS Brown Sugar
Simmer on low for 10 - 15 minutes
Serve on Buns

I did figure out the nutritional value... it is listed in the data base.
Enjoy!

  • Thanks for the yummy - and easy! - recipe. I made it the other night and it was a great hit. I increased the Worcestershire sauce and mustard to give it more of a kick, and I served it on whole wheat buns. Thanks again!

I tried to look up the nutritional info and couldn't find it in the database. What do you have it listed as? I would like to make these tonight. They sound really yummy!!
    Thanks,

That's pretty much how I make my sloppy joes. I sometimes use an 8oz can of tomato sauce (garlic & onion is good) and then organic ketchup (no high fructose corn syrup). Yum!
