Downsides to weight loss (just for a laugh)
Has anyone experienced any unexpected downsides to weight loss? This is only for a bit of fun. For example my personal contribution is since my layer of insulation is depleting I'm bloody cold all the time so my household heating has been turned up (hence higher energy bills) and the other half ain't too happy, lol.

Mental tricks to stop you from falling off the wagon
Does anyone use any psychological tricks to keep them on the straight and narrow? As an example: a factor in starting my diet was a particular picture of myself that was taken a few days before I started. It horrified me. Is my weight loss goal realistic and achievable?
After an injury last year my weight crept up to just under 18stone/ 252 pounds. I'm now finally recovered enough to do some light exercise and adopt a healthy diet. I'm currently using the MFP Android App which so far is great and seemingly keeping me on track. However I wanted some opions if what I'm doing is realistic to…
