Up Day Down Day Calorie intake
So found this when i was searching zigzag calories.. Its called The Alternate- Day diet people do it as a life style instead of the same calorie intake everyday and they have had great results ..Only the down day is very very low like 400/500 cals and the up day is like over 1900/2400 depending on the persons…

I had my gallbladder removed last year i have not put on any weight since but im struggling to get rid of any..Does anyone know if getting my gallbladder removed could have slowed my metabolism down. I never really had problems before...:sad:

Hey looking for some help.. Im looking to do my weight loss on calories only because if i add exercise into my weight loss i get down when i dont get to do it... which is often i have a busy busy family.... so what im asking does anyone know what calorie intake i need to be sticking to ....:smile:
