Hmmm...I'd buy an expensive dress or jeans 1-2 sizes smaller than my regular size, and I'd destroy a return receipt, and I'd cut tags off and destroy them too. One month later...I fit in perfectly.
There is a disadvatage though...once I reach my goal, I go back to where I started in a month, so it's like going in a circle.

Hands down my friends. When someone says I inspire them, I never want to let them down. I have so many MFP friends who seem to just understand that. I don't know that i actually "inspire" them, but as long as I think I do, it doesn't matter. I will work every day to not let them down.

The progress I've made but more importantly not really motivation at all...HABIT! I don't feel like working out sometimes. I don't do it because I manage to become motivated that day or hour or minute, I do it because it's what I do. Just like brushing my teeth, or going to work. Make something you don't question.

I have set goal of what to do with my new fit self. First a 5K, my next goal is the rebel run or warrior run where you need some strength. I will figure out something else from there.

Throw out the clothes that no longer fit! That way when you hit your goal, you have no choice but to maintain or continue with your next goal... ;)
