The FatBurn and Fitness part how does this work cause i said i want to loose weight aka burn fat so if i stayed in the fatburn rate that be better but like today i worked hard and i was only in the fatburn rate for like 2mins 36 sec and the rest was fitness ... So which is better how does this part work...Im i not burning fat???? Just improving my fitness.....:huh:

    Forget the whole fat burn thing. The reason they have that is because theoretically a person burns more fat in that range. The thing is, what matters ultimately for fat lose is burning calories, and a higher intensity (the fitness range) will do that just a well and will burn fat too. Someone here linked a really good article explaining it not to long ago, but I can't remember what topic it was under.
